Telephone Support

Rather than calling out a techician, it is often easier to resolve a problem over the phone. This technique is particularly useful when (where practical) combined with software that enables the technician to view what's on your PC screen. This software can be installed during the call and is removed afterwards.

Telephone support is not just for problem fixing, it can also be used for help with using the computer and its more common applications.

Telephone support is part of the Maintenance package which provides a maximum of two hours support per month. Beyond this, additional fees are charged at PainFreePC's standard hourly rates.
